Medium Organic Kvarn Sourdough - Wed 30 September

This is my signature sourdough loaf, just a notch smaller than before, so that I can allow more of you to access my loaves. It's made over a three-day period, using an organic rye starter and organic wheat flour from Shipton Mill, water and sea salt.

For smaller households, cut in slices and freeze. Perfect for breakfast or lunch or accompanying any meal.
