Box of 6 Cardamon Buns

A Scandinavian favourite, made using my favourite spice, cardamom. I use the finest ingredients such as organic Shipton Mill flour, South West butter and milk, fresh yeast, sugar and ground cardamom. Each bun is hand-shaped and left to rise over night, glazed and topped with sugar and ground cardamom. The result is this soft sweet bun with a beautiful depth of flavour.

Allergens include: Egg, Milk and Wheat. Baked in a kitchen that also handles other allergens such as sesame.
