9th Jan - Half Rustic White

The most delicious white sourdough bread, my children's favourite. It's the gigantic cut in half. 

Made using an organic Wheat Levain and baked with Organic Wheat Flour (Shipton Mill), water and sea salt.

Fermented slowly for a minimum of 20 hours. It's the perfect family loaf and lasts for days.

For smaller households, cut in slices and freeze.
