Festive Saffron Snowflake

Impress your guests with this Christmassy centrepiece. The Festive Saffron Snowflake is baked using my sweet saffron dough and is layered with a butter-sugar-vanilla filling and topped with flaked almonds and icing sugar, making it a beautifully soft treat, rich in saffron. 

Roughly 35cm in diameter I'd say enough for 8-10 generous pieces. 

Made using finest Spanish saffron, organic wheat flour, South West Butter, organic eggs.
