The Swedish classic... made just like my mother used to make them, using a brioche-style wheat dough, fluffy and soft, buttery and with notes of cardamom. Filled with a cinnamon paste, hand twisted and left to rise over night. Glazed and topped with pearl sugar.
Allergens include: Milk, Egg and Wheat. Baked in a kitchen that handles other allergens including sesame and nuts.
