A gigantic white sourdough bread, my children's favourite. 

 

Made using an organic Wheat Levain and baked with Organic Wheat Flour (Shipton Mill), water and sea salt.

 

Fermented slowly for a minimum of 20 hours. It's the perfect family loaf and lasts for days.

 

For smaller households, either cut in slices and freeze, or put half of it in the freezer.

 

Perfect to soak up some olive oil, or accompanying a soup or just as it is...
